02. Key Issues
The group was undertaking a global rollout of SAP Concur Expense to migrate all its entities from heterogeneous tools (a custom in-house system and a third-party solution) to a single unified platform.<br />
There was a threefold challenge: harmonising expense management processes, ensuring compliance across all entities, and exploring the benefits of artificial intelligence for control and audit functions.
